Ocean

We have salt in our blood, sweat and our tears. We are tied to the ocean.

When you stand at the ocean’s boundary, alone. Watching the gulls drag over the water like beads. You start to notice everything with a little more perspective.

You notice your life, but at the same time you forget your daily duties. You notice the feeling of the sand beneath your bare feet while salty waves of the sea touch your ankles.

You notice how small you really are. You notice how big the ocean is. Big enough to hold anything that anyone could ever feel.
